What is the Philosophy at JoyNotes Music Studio?
All children are musical, music is for all children. A natural part of life, music is both enriching and fulfilling as a lifelong talent. Creating music builds confidence and develops a child's ability to think intuitively in all areas of learning and problem-solving. Music activities are ideal for young children because they immerse the child in language, stimulate the brain, foster physical coordination, and develop listening skills, the foremost necessity for learning!
Music-making belongs in the home, with parents as the primary teacher. But, many parents feel they lack the specific means and experience to tap into their child's music potential. Facilitating music-making and enjoyment at home is my primary goal, with a focus on enhancing your relationship with your child and enabling you to foster a well-rounded, well-developed musical child.
